Connecticut Humanities
In collaboration with partners, CT Humanities provided a statewide framework to address issues with three major goals: to further public knowledge and awareness of Connecticut’s crucial role in the creation of American democracy; to explore the importance of civic engagement and how it affects us personally and collectively; and to highlight the importance of voting rights. Partner organizations tapped their expertise to support and educate citizens both before and after the election and combined resources to reach a broad audience. The overarching premise is that our society is best served by a thriving and diverse democracy.
